Beautiful, quiet, paved, rolling roads within the Conservation Area
A great way to get to know the Guelph Lake Triathlon run course. Stay for a while, ride some great roads, do an open water swim in the lake.

SATURDAY June 4, 10 to 4 pm
The Running Works, 33 Quebec St Downtown Guelph
and race morning
June 5th at the lake 8am-9:30am
The cost for the race remains a great bargain, $25. In order to keep the cost of the race down, there is no free t-shirt.
Awards and prizes
There are cash awards in the 10k only
$100, $75 and $50 for the top three men and women,
$50 for the first masters male and female
The Mike Benham Award $50 for the first under 19 male and female
New Balance merchandise and/or Running Works gift certificates will be awarded to the top three in each ten year age group.
The Guelph Lake Conservation Run, being one of our smaller races, has a very high ratio of runners to age group prizes. You have more than a 50% chance of taking home an age group prize.
